Recently everyday head giddy... no enough of sleep...
I am not feeling well... seriously no enough of sleep... need to sleep early for at least few days to recover =(

Yesterday went for the Micro Rookie Challenge 2009 held in Sembawang...

After the Competition (anyway slides, jam and battle slalom were postponed due to bad weather), went to Cheveron (With Joon Hao, Jinsi and Siong Hern) then to Cineleisure (Jian Xiong and Yong Ren came after which) to eat dinner and catch Movie - DragonBall (Yong Ren left for appointment also due to no seats le)

Micro Rookie challenge 2009...

i made 3 mistakes during my run...
1) My TongTong failed (miss one cone) because after Biycycle Jump my feet position abit wrong... end up anyhow whack.
2) During the first routine 0.8 routine i should end with Toe Toe Spin that synchro with 'Put your hands Up' song.
3) My 1.2 routine... Back FootGun jitao cui... i miss cone somemore...

But i was kind of satisfied as compared to my run during SNFC 2008.

Also thanks to my friends for supporting me during the competition... under the hot burning sun. Forgot to take Zili's photo...

Manage to got one empty disc from my brother.

My Slalom BASIC is simply one word... CUI.

Yesterday at Sembawang, Clarence spent time teaching me CatWalk and a basic style move.

Today at Sembawang, Terence taught me Front Cross Nelson (Both L and R side).
Taught me Back Cross Nelson also... but still training in progress...

Well i still have to thanks those who taught me slalom...
Terence, Clarence, Shondy, Rachelle and Bryan...

Lazy to blog so much today...

Morning went training alone in my house nearby...
Jitao burn under the hot sun lol... but i am used to it le... always the case.

Afternoon, i first time made Jelly!
Hehe, my mom secretly ate one bowl of my jelly while i was sleeping like a dead pig.

Evening went training... suppose to train at 4pm... overslept until 430pm...
reach sembawang at 6pm...

Morning went Lam Soon CC training with Zili...
sian feel like no improvement... trained for ard 2hr 30mins... from 10am to 1230pm...

Went back home... eat lunch, bath, wash cloths and then eat some jelly made by mom.
Rush out and meet Zaidi at CCK Station at 145pm.
Waited for Zili.

We went to Queensway Shopping Centre.
Zaidi bought a Size 44 Seba High Deluxe...

After which went back to Choa Chu Kang for late lunch...
Then Zaidi and myself went Sembawang training with Shondy and Rachelle...
Thanks to rain... have to multi storey carpark again...
